When we say we show up for our communities, we mean this: One Team. One Reason. For a Cure. As an organization dedicated to making a difference, we are committed to supporting, volunteering, and fundraising with the goal of a healthier future for all. M&T Bank is returning for the third year as a co-sponsor of the Pan-Mass Challenge, the world's most successful athletic fundraiser, where 100% of all dollars raised are donated to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. During this year's Winter Cycle at Fenway Park, we met with Boston-based Rev'd Indoor Cycling Trainer Namir Kallab. "It's an honor to be part of the Pan-Mass Challenge, to be part of a community that gets together year after year to help others, to give our best to help improve the lives of those in need." – Namir Kallab, Rev'd Cycling Trainer To learn more about this year's "One In a Billion" ride, visit https://www.pmc.org/ #OneTeam #OneReason #ForACure #PMC2024

National Small Business Week is one of our favorite times of the year. During this special week (and the other 51!), we can't help but be inspired by the stories of entrepreneurs like Mary Lee-Jackson, owner of Mary J Lounge LLC, a traveling exotic drinkery and catering service specializing in unique and engaging events that cater to diverse audiences. Their mission is to captivate attendees by exploring exquisite cocktail and mocktail crafting techniques. "To me, success is having the courage to go after my goals and accomplishing them, which is something I was always afraid to do. Getting paid for my services is an absolute dream come true. I'm currently building a custom-made beverage bar truck where I can make delicious beverages and juices and scrumptious finger foods." As we celebrate National Small Business Week, we recognize the courage, tenacity, and boundless passion required to be a small business owner. #CelebratingCustomers #SmallBusinessWeek #SmallBusinessMonth

“M&T’s strength is in the pairing of our deep knowledge of the community with the scale of a large regional bank. Our community-focused approach enables our bankers to meet community members where they are, bringing to bear a full spectrum of community investment capabilities. Whether it’s through small business loans, affordable housing, or financial education, we do what’s right for our customers and communities. Our communities’ success is our success.” -- Mike Keegan, Head of Community Banking Prosperity has many meanings. To us, it is about doing what we can as a community-focused bank to build an equitable economy and financial system for all our neighbors. When our communities have access to the services and solutions they need to thrive, we have fulfilled that mission. Located in Chantilly, VA, King Spa offers a unique experience known as “Jjim-Jil Bang” in Korea. With everything from sauna rooms to acupressure massage to a movie theater, this is more than your average spa – it’s a cultural oasis that will relax your body and ease your mind. National Small Business Week is one of our favorite times of the year. During this special week (and the other 51!), we can't help but be inspired by the stories of entrepreneurs like Donald Moyer and Sam Rosado, Co-Owners of Rhino Linings of Delaware. Rhino Linings of Delaware has been a part of Donald's life since its inception in June 1997. As a teen, he started with small shop tasks and eventually was given the opportunity to grow the Accessories side of the business. After graduating from college, he began utilizing his electrical skills to expand the scope of the business. Over the last 12 years, he has expanded to fleet vehicle upfitting and has never been happier. Sam started in 2009 as a Counter Sales associate and was quickly promoted. He has worked in customer service his whole life and loves what he does, "People say when you love what you do, you'll never work a day in your life. It took me a while to grasp that, but I love this job: the people and the spontaneity of every day. No two days are the same. Helping customers with custom builds and watching their vision come together is what it's all about. I am super excited about this next chapter as a small business owner. So grateful for this opportunity." As we celebrate National Small Business Week, we recognize the courage, tenacity, and boundless passion required to be a small business owner. #CelebratingCustomers #SmallBusinessWeek #SmallBusinessMonth
