Michael Garcia is a very kind and informative agent who cares about his clients. I've been with him for 4 years and I haven't had any issues or complaints about his services.
As far as his office is concerned, they're a communicative staff who keep you in the know and do well with communication.
I find it unfortunate for all of the negative reviews that have appeared, but I simply haven't experienced that. I've had nothing except solid experiences and he knows what's he's doing.

I have been with state farm for more than 6 years but because this Agent Alex how is not respect customers and he pretending he didn't understand the word I'm saying and he said I don't have time for this game !!! really!!! moving to different insurance company

If I could give zero stars I would. The absolute WORST agent to ever work with. We were with State Farm for the longest time and this guy was always up charging us and the rates were just absurd. Not helpful at all and the sarcasm, man don't even get me started. Got into an accident and Michael was NO HELP at all. Instead tried to blame me for it, instead of providing me the next steps. Thank God we left and found a better deal elsewhere.

one drunk driver hit my car 5 months ago, he had state farm insurance and then an inspector ( from state farm insurance) came and he told me we have to pay around $800 to you, but they send $300 as a check to my address !!!
I called them more than 20 times in past 5 months to follow my file but they are not responsible and finally I have to pay from my pocket to fix my car.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

My daughter had auto insurance with this agent. Last January she moved and left a forwarding address. Her auto insurance was due in June, but she never received a notice because apparently, her mail was not being forwarded. This agency did not call or e-mail to inform her until 2 months later, even though they had her contact information. Now they are tripling her rates!. Do not do business with this agency. State Farm is investigating our case.

Just signed up with Michael Garcia a month ago, and 1 week later I had a pipe burst in my home. He and his staff immediately responded to my claim, and have answered and resolved all of my issues in a professional and caring manner.

NO NO NO NEVER
I wanted to cancel my policy but they said it took a few days (exactly 5 days) to cancel it (no email confirmation, just on the phone). OKay!!! That is one minus. I was waiting for the refund for 2 months and nothing happened. I called them again and they said the forwarding address was not correct. At the same time, I don't know how, they charged me with $500/month with a new policy without noticing anything even I did not request that. Now I called AGAIN and Michael answered this time, he confirmed that my address was correct. I told him that I want my refund + the $500 back and he said he will call someone else above him. I was waiting for another week, but nothing happened. Today, I called them by my phone twice but they AUTOMATICALLY TRANSFER ME TO VOICE MAIL because they know me through my number. I had to have my friend called them, and they answered!!! Now what they told me today is wait until next Monday(today is Friday) in order to check my cancel request 2 months ago. We started with another agent and Mike took over his office. We are pretty low key with our demands and hadn't really needed lots of attention or support from our agent. Recently we called with some questions and realized during the conversation that we needed to update our home insurance to reflect the transfer of our home to a trust. We provided the information to Mike via email in October 2016. With our busy lives we lost track and only just realized that we hadn't gotten any confirmation of the update we requested. We checked our online account and confirmed that it had not been done....four months later.....we emailed Mike last evening and have not heard back. We had also asked for other information back in October and had not gotten the information requested regarding our auto insurance. Given there are several state farms agents in Arlington and who have better reviews we don't see the point of sticking with Mike. What I read of other agents is that some of them offer workshops to engage and educate their customers. I would have appreciated some form of communication over the years such as updating your home insurance policy when you create a family trust etc. That sure would have been a nice reminder.
