Advanced Towing Company

The person who answered the phone and whom we dealt with upon arrival was very polite. And the transaction was easy and quick. Though it's a bummer to be towed, at least the service wasn't unpleasant. The building is slightly hard to find, behind the Mercedes dealership. The St. Charles church in Clarendon starts towing at 11pm on Saturdays.

The costs my eye caught from the pricing board are something like:
$135 - for a normally weighted car
+ $25 - on weekends
+ $25 - after hours
+ $25 - on holidays

Criminal organization front, towing anything and everything they can get their hands on. I parked at Giant on Washington Blvd and walked into the store as my co-worker walked to the office building next door. The tow truck came right away, trying to tow me. Saying I left the property in which I didn't. Then the tow truck driver said my passenger left the property. That's why he was towing me. Luckily, a cop was nearby and heard what's going on and forced the driver to release my car. The owner needs to pay for his criminal conduct. He needs to go to jail and pay for what he's done.

There driver cracked the oil pan on my volvo $1000 damage and they gave me the run around.

Towed my son's car from the restaurant lot while he was getting food, as he was walking back to the car, and charged $250 for a 5 min turnaround & included mileage...they towed him less than a block. Predatory behavior does not make for a respectable business.

There are 2 white ladies, one young and another older. They mocked me when I picked up my car while I am holding my baby outside in a wind and cold crying. I asked them to be quick so I can leave but the older one told the younger one to be slow and take her time and stuff which I think was unnecessary to say to someone in distress with a toddler in hand while pregnant. They also said that I might intentionally lose my baby and try to sue them if I am too upset and kept laughing. And older one told me to lose my baby but it won't on us etc., I have never been this insulted and upset in my life. I am already in my lowest and why they try to lower me even more? I I hope they live beautiful life full of joy with the money I paid with my tears. I literally came an hour after they towed my car but they charged me for so many things. They are heartless beings :(

Absolutely fucking ridiculous. My car got towed for parking at 7/11 FOR 10 MINUTES. Don't fucking park anywhere near there. These people have it out for everyone. Like sorry you have a shitty life, don't take it out on me for parking FOR 10 GODDAMN MINUTES!!!!!

They towed me from Residence with a parking Pass in the window and Says they charging me for the weight of the truck, $25.00 for weekend fee, and $50.00per 24 hour.

This company towed my car while working picking up for uber eats. I grab the bag and turned around went out there flagged him down I saw him look over as I asked him to drop it which I knew there would be a fee and two other people were telling him I was there I chased him he even drove faster down a one way street and never came back around nor gave me the option. this company is super desperate for money and the Female manager is rude and basically says your lying instead of handling the situation properly. i am filing a huge complaint and more people behind me . they need to close them down. He saw and heard me.

I would give zero stars if I could. So, I erroneously parked in a spot I thought was Arlington County's. I was towed. Such is life.

Yet, upon arrival at Advanced Towing, I encountered a woman at the front desk screaming at a minor. I also met someone who had been towed from their own place of residence.

They really laid into the 16 yo minor and I eventually just paid his fee for him to get him out of dodge before he was harmed.

Sadly, I went to check for damage on my car to which the tow operator, "guaranteed" there was none. Turns out my car had been dragged (it's a long-wheelbase car) and the undercarriage and front bumper are damaged. I was going to file a claim but upon reading the hundreds of reviews similar to mine, I figured what's the point. These people are liars and criminals in blatant violation of county and state ordinances. Why nobody does anything about this is beyond me.

After reading the rest of the reviews cannot understand how they can still do business. There are signs, I noticed after my car was towed. In a row of about 40 parking spaces, there are two signs each on each corner so if you park ANYWHERE in the middle, you don't see them. Definitely done on purpose to make easy money off people that may have to give up rent, food or bill money to get their vehicles out. I'm not sure how these people sleep at night and how ANYONE can work for these people and feel good about themselves.
