Review of the service shop: brought my car in to check on the manufacture-issued alert. Had to leave my car for over two days during which there were no updates on the status. If I didn't call myself on the third day, I would have been charged by Enterprise that MB sent u to for a loaner car. Apparently, the service shop only pays two days of loaner rental ( and they didn't tell me). Enterprise charges $100 on r card, promising to refund it when u return the car. On the third day. I asked for my car back, took me half a day to retrieve it. Everyone is very polite there but it is a very badly organized operation, always overcrowded and u always have to wait for a long time to get anyone's attention, even if you make a timed appointment in advance. I still don't know if my car has a problem and most likely I will not see my $100 back

Service Department leaves you hanging and will not inform you of status. Of the repairs of your vehicle. I have left message daily with no call backs. They don't even respond to emails. I'm very disappointed and I will be going back to Tyson's location.

This place is the pits. They joy ride in your vehicles and return them without repair and filthy! They gave me my car back with the seats leaned all the way back with more than 200 miles added to it. There's no reason they should have driven that many miles and STILL COULDNT FIX THE BLOWER. My seats were filled with grime and the center console contents were dumped on the floor in my back seat. Also, after they put 200+ miles on my car, within 24 hours my tire blew out! They also left my center console partially detached!! I spoke with the manager Dave Smith, absolutely no help at all. He basically said "we aren't Mercedes call corporate." I've had nothing but issues with this place. I don't know about the other service centers, but I would stay far far away from

I recommend this Mercedes dealership on the strength of my service technician - Jason Allen. He is one of the best service agents I've ever dealt with. He takes his time to thoroughly explain what work needs to be done on your car and I never feel like I am being taken advantage of. He is very personable and laid back and a true professional. I drive 30 minutes away to go to this dealership because I trust that the work done on the car will be done correctly and bc of Jason Allen!
Also, I typically have to wait for my car to get serviced and the facility is very clean, and comfortable...beverage console, cubicles to work from and comfortable seating.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 2Jan 7, 2023Previous reviewI'm giving this location four stars although I started to give them 3 stars. I think I have to get used to the fact that when you go to a Mercedes dealership, you're going to deal with the "air of exclusivity" it seems to promote. Came here because my car wouldn't start and had to get it jumped. Figured it was a battery issue. Similar to my experience at the Alexandria location, all the service folks are "too busy" to assist you right away. I finally just walked up to a desk to ask the gentleman if he could help since 2 before him told me they were busy. The gentleman who ended up helping me was Mike. I explained the situation and that I didn't have an appointment and wanted to know if I could be seen the same day or next day. He told me the earliest available was 7 days from the day I came in (wow) I told him I would go ahead and schedule the appointment, but in the meantime, check to see if another Mercedes dealership could help me sooner. A few minutes later, he asked if I could wait for the car that day and they would run a diagnostic. He told me the wait would be 3 to 4 hours. I told him I would wait and yes, the wait was 4 hours but they were able to determine the issue and replace the battery. The wait room was comfortable enough as well. All in all, they were able to get the car fixed same day. Mike was friendly enough so I would come back again.

Went to purchase a car I was interested in after watching it on several sites for over 60 days. It went down in price about 2 times. I went in and spoke with Kathryn Walker, and pretty told her what my bottom price was. She got her Sales manager - a completely unprofessional misogynistic man, who seemed to be irritated about all the information I knew about the car. I walked away and wished them the best of luck.
A week goes by and the car drops twice more, I get e-mails from Kathryn letting me know the price has dropped, etc. She then put her sales Manager Markos on the phone and he explained about my trade. I had a couple of prices from Carmax, Cargurus, KBB, and Carvana. After e-mails and calls, I finally said I would do the legwork and sell it to Carvana. Kathryn said to put a 1000.00 hold on the vehicle, which she had said for the last couple of weeks dealing with her so I said sure. That was yesterday. I transfer all the cash to the checking account, line up Carvana to meet me at the dealership, which is 3 hours from my house, and let them know I can do it on Monday - 6 days from today. All of a sudden the 1000.00 deposit is being returned and they will get a hold of me later in the week if it is still available.
When someone shows you who they are from the beginning, believe them. I have bought several Mercedes in my life...not bragging, just really love the brand. The last Mercedes I bought they told me to take it for the weekend to see if I loved it. They did not know me at all. I have dealt with outstanding Mercedes dealerships USED and NEW. Euromotorcars Bethesda, Euromotors Germantown, and I.G. Burton. I should have stayed with what I know because Arlington Mercedes proved that they are the bottom of the barrel. I can see their service department is just as bad. Stay away, and deal with the 3 reputable dealers I just listed.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Takano F.Charlotte, NC051Nov 24, 2023
Howard Embden, working at the most reliable, fantastic, Mercedes dealership in America, a flagship family owned company that survived over 85 years as the premier Mercedes dealership in the DC area, has been the most helpful sales person that I've ever built a relationship with, and I consider him a part of the family. Howard went above and beyond all expectations of both myself and my wife in putting us into 2022 GLC 300 4Matic fully loaded with options that we have not even been able to explore yet. This has been the best experience of any vehicle that I have ever bought in my lifetime. If you are ever in Arlington and you are interested in a Mercedes, you had better see Howard because nobody else that I know of is gonna treat you as right as he has treated us. Standby for pictures.

This the absolute worse dealership in the United States. Their General Manager Bert is a fraud and a liar and no better can be said about their sales people. We ordered a brand new car on 11/15/22 and they produced it in June 2023. The car came with options we did not ordered, they acknowledged it and re-ordered it. When the new one came in they assured that all the options where in there from the original order...only to find out when we left that they lied. The defrauded us for $108,000 , and Bert lied to MBUSA even with the paperwork and proof of the order in front of him. He is a fraud, a liar and a despicable person who will lie and cheat your family hard earned money beware
Bert O'Neal is such a fraud and dishonest person that he was fired from Mercedes Benz of Chantilly after over 25 years there with a bad track record of defrauding customers so that tells you what Mercedes Benz of Arlington stands for!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
