By limiting the number of concurrent searches we take on, we ensure focused, efficient results without compromising quality. The name "P3Hired" stems from wise advice Beth received during her career ascent. The words "Plan, Perspective, Partnership" stood out to her as values she wanted to incorporate into the company. Today, we remain committed to embodying those values in all aspects of our work and aligning our services with the scope outlined and our P3Hired process, which is detailed below. Our team has successfully executed hundreds of searches for nonprofit and corporate firms, including those in economic development, place management, urban planning, hospitality, facilities management, and real estate development.
